A mythical Burns / Baldwin,
Shortscale bass guitar made in the UK in 1966 – serial number 12745
Burns model badged Baldwin, dates from the transition period (65-66) when Baldwin bought the Burns brand.
The “Varitone” switch allows a wide range of sounds.
All original, except the tuners come from another period burns bass, the middle pickup capo has been replaced by a fender capo (the pickup is an original burns)
The bridge capo is missing.
All the electronics are original and work perfectly
A real collector!
A few small knocks and wear, but in good condition considering its age.
