Made in South Korea by Takamine , dating from 1992
Although not a Japanese model, this is a very high quality model, with rosewood finish:

mahogany neck
Rosewood headstock veneer
4-band equalizer, powered by 9v battery – electric piezo pickup.
head saddle width: 48mm
body width: 392mm
Tuning fork: 637mm
Bass action
Full, warm sound, lots of presence.
With shoulder strap and capo
Some minor signs of wear, but in very good condition considering its age.
