EGMOND Archtop/Jazz acoustic guitar
Hollowbody (Body depth: 85mm) “Jumbo” size (Lower bout: 382mm)
Made in the Netherlands in the early 60s (60-63)
Brand used by many sixties bands (The Beatles, Black Socks…)
Spruce top, maple back and sides, floating bridge.
Warm, vintage sound. Currently with electric strings, to maximize sound, choose Bronze folk strings or Jazz strings.
With used Hardcase.
Some traces of wear and minor dents, but in good condition considering its age, it’s rare to see an Egmond so well preserved (fragile paintwork due to very little varnish).
